Warranty Coverage

Frames: 10 years (structural defects)
Motors: 3 years (continuous-duty AC motors)
Parts: 1 year (wear items: belts, decks, upholstery)
Labor: 90 days (remote support always free)

Warranty void if: equipment is modified, used outdoors, or serviced by non-authorized technicians.

Returns & Refunds

You have 7 days from delivery to inspect and report damage. After 7 days, sales are final. Defective equipment under warranty is repaired or replaced—we don't offer refunds on used equipment.

Limitation of Liability

Ntaifitness liability is limited to equipment purchase price. We are not liable for lost profits, business interruption, or member injuries due to equipment misuse. Members must sign waivers and follow posted weight limits.

Dispute Resolution

Disputes are resolved by arbitration in Shandong, China under International Chamber of Commerce rules. You waive class action rights. This sounds scary, but it's standard for international equipment sales and we've had zero arbitrations in 5 years.

Intellectual Property

Equipment designs are patented. Copying is prohibited and will result in legal action. We've successfully defended 3 patents against infringers.
